Description

User accounts can be created in the Microsoft 365 environment, but it can be tedious to set up each account from scratch. Templates let you collate common user details and licenses to speed up the creation of user accounts, standardizing settings for that type of user account. Templates are very useful for common traits for certain groups of user accounts, such as users in a certain location or who are part of the same department.

In this lab, you will create a user template and use that to create a user account.

Note: Due to this lab requiring the creation of a Microsoft 365 organization with an Admin Center, if you don't already have one you will need to provide a mobile phone number to pass the account creation process.
