In this SimuLab, you’ll complete a timed exercise based on a fictional scenario, playing the role of a company’s AI Transformation Leader. You’ll receive three separate proposals for AI-driven projects, each submitted by a different colleague. Your challenge is to investigate the evidence and decide which proposal to prioritize, based on their potential impact and feasibility. Throughout the exercise, you can chat with your colleagues and ask them questions. But be careful: they all believe their proposal is the most important.
Evaluate the feasibility and business impact of competing AI proposals
Analyze AI business cases to Identify credibility gaps, inflated claims, and hidden dependencies
Engage internal stakeholders through purposeful questioning to clarify assumptions, constraints, and operational realities
Submit an AI investment recommendation based on evidence gathered from proposals and stakeholder input
Directors and senior management who make or influence AI investment decisions
Knowledge of the feasibility prioritization matrix
Familiarity with the principles of AI transformation for leaders is beneficial, but not essential.
