Azure Migrate is a service provided by Microsoft Azure that helps organizations to migrate their workloads to the cloud. The service offers a range of assessment tools, including Azure Migrate Server Assessment and Azure Migrate Database Assessment, that provides a detailed analysis of the on-premises environment, making it easier to determine which workloads are suitable for migration to Azure.

Common use cases for Azure Migrate include data center migration, application migration, and database migration. Organizations can use Azure Migrate to migrate their on-premises data center to Azure, enabling them to take advantage of the benefits of the cloud, such as scalability, flexibility, and cost savings. They can also use Azure Migrate to migrate their applications and databases to Azure, enabling them to modernize their applications and take advantage of the cloud-native services offered by Azure.

In this hands-on lab, you will use Azure Migrate to migrate an on-prem web application to Azure Web App using Azure Migrate appliance.
