Welcome to the Live Readiness Knowledge Check for ITIL® 4 Foundation. This is a formative test, designed to help you test yourself on what you've learned throughout the Digital stage.

You have 40 minutes to answer 20 multiple-choice questions.

In order to pass, you need to answer at least 65% of the questions correctly across the different topic areas.

If you answer any of the questions incorrectly, you can go back and review the relevant subject matter.

You can spend as long as you wish on any particular question. Any questions not completed are scored as incorrect.
