Hello, and welcome to this learning path, my name is Stuart Scott and I’m the AWS Content Director here at Cloud Academy.

I’ve designed this content to help you get the most from the re:Invent session LAB008: Using data encryption on AWS

As highlighted by AWS, in this lab session you’ll explore a real-world situation and gain practical experience with multiple services. Learn about server-side encryption for Amazon S3, AWS KMS, the Amazon DynamoDB Encryption Client, and AWS CloudHSM. Optionally, use the AWS Encryption SDK to encrypt and decrypt data programmatically.

So this is a great session for those responsible for managing data security at scale across your AWS infrastructure.

To support this session, I have curated this customized learning path which can be broken down into 3 distinct sections.

Firstly we have a series of courses and hands-on labs to help you understand the fundamentals of the topics and services that will be highlighted during the re:Invent session to allow you to follow the concepts mentioned. And then after you have taken this session by AWS, you can take our assessment which will allow you to test your knowledge of the topics that have been discussed throughout the learning path.
