Introduction to Kanban

This course provides a foundational understanding of what Kanban is and how it makes workflows more efficient. We also compare the Kanban method to the Scrum framework and look at what makes them different. We then move on to building and customizing a Kanban board, for which we use Jira. You'll follow along with a guided demonstration of how to use the features in Jira to create the Kanban board.
